Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after the order is placed.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Orders may require additional processing time during holidays, weekends, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, the estimated transit time is 6–12 business days.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Your estimated total delivery time is:

2–5 business days for processing + 6–12 business days for shipping = approximately 8–17 business days total.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

International Shipping

We ship to eligible destinations internationally. Shipping availability, delivery times, and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply depending on the destination country. Any such charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support team with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
